I have had the privilege of practicing with Ellen for 15 years. In that time I have grown as a yogi because Ellen is a lifelong learner who is committed to bringing new ideas and strategies that benefit her students. You never know what’s on the agenda, but you trust that she will move you physically, mentally and spiritually with the added bonus that is her sense of humor.
